Just because you’re a vegetarian does not mean you should not be able to enjoy a good dish of macaroni and cheese at your next family function. This dish has always been and remains a favorite. No matter how old everyone is, this timeless classic seems to put a smile on everyone’s face when he hits the table. Rather than sit and watch everyone eat this delicious meal, come with this recipe vegan mac and cheese and enjoy! While pasta is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in blender.

Add the blended ingredients to pasta and mix lightly. You might actually want to save a small portion of the sauce on top of the dough when you mixed the remaining mixture with pasta. This will give you a good amount of cheese mixture on top to create a nice crispy layer after baking. Place the baking pan and cook until the top layer of cheese is golden. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for several minutes before serving. This will allow the sauce to bind and to make each part together.

Now all you need to do is serve your friends and family and watch them swallow it. This is the perfect dish to serve as starter or side dish. We’re pretty sure that if you do not tell anyone you used dairy free, they have no idea they are eating a dairy-free vegan dish. Wait for the night to tell everyone and they will be begging you to do so again at the next family function.
